ORANGE VIEW
The flagship project, Orange View in Protea Glen, started construction in late 2022 after lengthy feasibility research and property development procedures. Phase 1 is complete and occupied, and the majority of units in Block B are sold. Orange View comprises 412 units (1-3 bedrooms) and is 100% energy efficient. All 8 blocks of Orange View will be completed by the end of 2025.

This collaboration has led to the successful occupancy and transfer of Block A, the sale of over 50% of Block B, and the initiation of sales for Block C. Construction is progressing rapidly on Block B, with plans for Block C to begin by the end of 2024. Our realtor partners are implementing an extensive marketing campaign, evidenced by over 20,000 impressions on TikTok in May, indicating significant interest from our younger target audience in first-time homeownership.
