ORANGE VIEW
The flagship project, Orange View in Protea Glen, started construction in late 2022 after lengthy feasibility research and property development procedures. Phase 1 is complete and occupied, and the majority of units in Block B are sold. Orange View comprises 412 units (1-3 bedrooms) and is 100% energy efficient. All 8 blocks of Orange View will be completed by the end of 2025.
First phase (136 units, block A, B and C) 80% sold, bond approved or private sales.

ALSA teamed up with two leading realtors in the Soweto area (Snooks Estates and Allegiance Properties), and sales are scaling weekly. This successful partnership has allowed us to fully occupy and transfer Block A, sell more than 50% of Block B, and start sales for Block C. Construction on Block B is in full swing, and by the end of 2024, block C will be in construction. Our realtor partners have embarked on a massive marketing endeavor, and their efforts are starting to bear fruit. We were amazed that the view analytics on TikTok surpassed 20,000 impressions in May. This shows that our younger target audience is interested in becoming first-time homeowners, and the Orange View model suits their needs.
