ORANGE VIEW
The flagship project, Orange View in Protea Glen, started construction in late 2022 after lengthy feasibility research and property development procedures. Phase 1 is complete and occupied, and the majority of units in Block B are sold. Orange View comprises 412 units (1-3 bedrooms) and is 100% energy efficient. All 8 blocks of Orange View will be completed by the end of 2025.
First phase (136 units, block A, B and C) 80% sold, bond approved or private sales.
